飛機航班延誤，落地很晚，抵達酒店的時候已經是凌晨2點了，前台依舊非常耐心的幫我辦理完入住 並且給我們辦理到下午2點的延遲退房

來之前看評論，以為很差，但實際房間還行，比想象中好，唯一酒店不隔音，隔壁房間晚上説話很嘈，但美國酒店太貴了，這家算便宜一些的，過渡兩天還行。

陳舊的酒店，房間可能空置太久，床鋪被褥雖然是乾淨的樣子，但是估計鋪好久了，睡了一會感覺全身發癢，感覺應該是塵蟎，床墊是彈簧的，很鬆弛的那種，睡上去扭來扭去，如果是小孩子很容易摔下去。然後樓下半夜風吹開窗戶，乒乒乓乓地響了整晚沒人處理，搞得整晚都沒怎麼睡。差評，九分差評。

In a Chinese section of town (cool). Older place but redone well. Latch was broken off the hinges. Water from shower ran slightly all night. Planes going over loudly all day and night. Bed was ‘springy’ but ok. Pillows were fantastic. AC was cold as ice. Quiet. Close to the Mets stadium. Plenty of restaurants around.  Clean except for hair in the shower.

i highly recommend not booking at this hotel because i found out it's a shelter and when i got there, the room is messy as heck and i wanted to leave, i asked for another room twice and was told there were no other rooms available and i was highly upset... what had ticked me off is my friend was being harassed by some security people who demanded to see his id and they demanded to see my id when nothing was posted.. so, i basically had a one of the worst experiences at the property and i had to pay a security deposit of $100 which threw me off.

Always kept team of guardians (police) at the entrance of hotel. This is disgusting, mainly when the guard stoped me, to indict me that I didn't pay, asking questions to customers. Ugly, bad experience. I don't understand why the hotel kept guards inside, inside, the hotel, they offend me, tried me like inmate. Urrrr.... Unfortunately Next time, I looked for best option, never come back lake hotel.
